I completed my BSN in 1999 and primarily worked in critical care and trauma nursing before completing my APRN program in Adult Psychiatric Mental Health from the Uniformed Services University of Health Science in 2013. I then retired from the Navy in 2015 and have worked for the VA at the medical centers in the Bronx, San Diego and most recently Fort Harrison specializing in PTSD.
