In 2018 the US Preventative Services Task Force gave a C grade to screening men age 55 -69 for Prostate cancer using a PSA blood test. What is a PSA test and how does it fit in with diagnosing men for Prostate cancer? Will review current literature on this topic and discuss how screening fits in with current diagnosis and treatment of Prostate cancer. Will review US epidemiology of this disease and discuss differences in rates of disease and death in different populations.
